The main ingredients of Bun Suong are noodles, shrimp and bacon. The most special thing in this dish is elongated shrimp patties. To make delicious patties, fresh and big shrimps are selected carefully, then cleaned and eliminated tail and peel. Finally, they are mixed with other ingredients salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
